“The 5 AM Club” is the concept of author Robin Sharma which is a morning ritual that elevates our life. The 5 AM Club concept based on a revolutionary morning routine that has helped us maximize our productivity, activate our best health, and bulletproof our serenity in this age of overwhelming complexity.

I wrote about some of the most important methods mentions by Robin Sharma in his book "The 5 AM Club" that causes evolutions of heroic transformation within your creativity, productivity, prosperity, and service to the world.

THE 20/20/20 FORMULA:

In my opinion, it is the most important formula of the book. In this 20/20/ 20 formula, you have to wake up early in the morning ( that is 5 am according to the author) and have to divide your first 1hour of the morning into 3 equal times containing 20 minutes each.

The first hour of the morning is the most productive hour of your day and you have to spend this hour wisely so that you will be energetic throughout the day.

According to the author, you have to divide it into 3 pockets in the following order: 20 MINUTES MOVE, 20 MINUTES REFLECT, 20 MINUTES GROW.

THE 90/90/1 RULE:

The formula told that if you want to master any one skill then you have done the skill 90 minutes each day for simultaneous 90 days without interruption and with full concentration. This cycle gives you an awesome output to learn any skills.

 You need to install the habit of this 90/90/1 formula for your finest productive results.
